Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Any order placed before 2pm on weekdays is shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) are shipped on Monday. No shipments are made on weekends.

Delivery Times
Deliveries are made by DPD, PostNL, Bpost, and GLS for private individuals, and by DHL for businesses. In general, we aim to ship your orders within 1 to 5 working days. However, delays may occur due to certain events or specific periods, such as public holidays or vacations.

It is important to note that not all delivery companies deliver on Saturday or Sunday. If you place an order on a Thursday, you will be delivered no later than the following Monday or Tuesday.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to follow the delivery in real time. However, please note that it can sometimes take a little while for the tracking information to update depending on the carrier.

We strive to deliver your packages as soon as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. We ship from our warehouses in France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Depending on your order, we may choose to use a different carrier without notice.

  • Belgium, Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, Germany:
    • Free shipping on orders over €50
    • €6 delivery charge for orders under €50
  • Denmark, Italy, Switzerland:
    • €15 delivery charge for orders over €50
    • €25 delivery charge for orders under €50
  • Portugal:
    • 20 € delivery charge
  • Other European countries not mentioned above:
    • Please contact us for an estimate of shipping costs.

Warranty and Returns
Our products are backed by a warranty. If you have a problem with an item, we ask that you report it to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To report a problem, please send us an email to info@kanaflow.com with photos and/or videos. Our team will assess the situation and provide you with a prompt response.
