Return and Refund Policy

At Kanaflow, we are committed to providing quality products and impeccable customer service. However, due to the unique nature of our products (CBD, cannabinoids, perishable products, etc.) and to protect against abuse, we have implemented a strict return and refund policy.

Return Deadline

In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. This period is sufficient and complies with the legal requirements in force.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The product must be unused , unopened , and in its original, undamaged packaging .
  2. Some specific products, such as flowers, seeds, and CBD cosmetics, must be checked upon receipt. These products can only be returned within 48 hours of delivery.

Exclusions and Special Conditions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used, opened or damaged by the customer.
  • The product has been poorly stored, thus altering its quality.
  • The product belongs to a category excluded from the right of withdrawal (flowers, opened oils, perishable products, etc.).
  • The return request exceeds the legal deadline or the specific deadlines mentioned for certain products.

Delivery Disputes

To ensure maximum transparency:

  • Our carriers systematically take photos upon delivery to certify that the packages have been received correctly.
  • In case of a claim for a "not received" package, while the tracking indicates a successful delivery, we will conduct a thorough investigation. However, if the evidence confirms delivery, no refund will be issued.
  • Claims for defective or missing products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photos and/or videos proving the problem.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of our decision:

  1. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days . Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  2. If the return is rejected, the products may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service at info@kanaflow.com within 48 hours of receipt.

Sale Items

Promotional or sale items are not refundable, except in the event of a proven defect.

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a proven error on our part.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for returns over €50 . Kanaflow cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during return.

Abuse and Business Protection

Due to frequent abuse, Kanaflow reserves the right to:

  1. Refuse any request for return or refund in the event of legitimate doubt about the veracity of the claims.
  2. Require additional evidence to process requests (photos, videos, carrier certificates).
  3. Suspend or block customer accounts identified as abusive or repeating unfounded complaints.
