Return and Refund Policy

At Kanaflow, we are committed to offering quality products and impeccable customer service. However, due to the specific nature of our products (CBD, cannabinoids, perishable goods, etc.) and to protect ourselves against misuse, we have implemented a strict return and refund policy.

Return Period

In accordance with European legislation, you have 7 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. This period is sufficient and complies with current legal requirements.

To be eligible for a refund:

  1. The product must be unused , unopened , and in its original, undamaged packaging .
  2. Certain specific products, such as CBD flowers, seeds, and cosmetics, must be checked upon receipt. These products can only be returned within 48 hours of delivery.

Exclusions and Special Conditions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used, opened or damaged by the customer.
  • The product was improperly stored, thus compromising its quality.
  • The product belongs to a category excluded from the right of withdrawal (flowers, opened oils, perishable products, etc.).
  • The return request exceeds the legal time limit or the specific time limits mentioned for certain products.

Delivery Disputes

To ensure maximum transparency:

  • Our carriers systematically take photos during delivery to confirm that the packages have been received.
  • In the event of a claim for a "not received" package, even though the tracking indicates successful delivery, we will conduct a thorough investigation. However, if the evidence confirms delivery, no refund will be issued.
  • Claims for defective or missing products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photos and/or videos proving the problem.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you of our decision by email:

  1. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days . Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
  2. If the return is rejected, the products may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service at info@kanaflow.com within 48 hours of receipt.

Sale Items

Promotional or discounted items are not refundable, except in the case of a proven defect.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a proven error on our part.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and purchasing insurance for returns valued over €50 . Kanaflow cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.

Abuse and Protection of the Enterprise

Due to frequent abuse, Kanaflow reserves the right to:

  1. Refuse any request for return or refund in case of legitimate doubt about the veracity of the claims.
  2. Require additional evidence to process requests (photos, videos, carrier statements).
  3. Suspend or block the accounts of customers identified as abusive or repeatedly making unfounded claims.
